Group Tour Information
- All tours of The Well at Oxon Run must be scheduled during weekday operating hours. We're open Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- We kindly ask all those scheduled for a tour to arrive on time.Tours range from 45–90 minutes. We hope to share as much information as you would like during the time allotted for your tour!
- We encourage you to dress comfortably. We are a fully operational farm with dirt and mulch pathways that can become muddy after rainfall.

Field Trip Information
- All field trips will be hosted and led by our partners at The Green Scheme.
- Field trips take place in the morning between 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. or in the afternoon between 1:00–3:00 p.m.
- Photographers are often at The Well at Oxon Run. By entering the space, you consent to our media agreement, which includes consent to be photographed and/or captured in video. If there are students in your group who should not be photographed or captured, please let a staff member of The Green Scheme know.
- Teachers and/or chaperones must remain on site for the full duration of the field trip. Students may not be left on site unchaperoned.
- The Well has limited indoor and covered spaces. These include a pavilion, greenhouse, and children's classroom. We are an outdoors space and will remain open so long as the weather is on our side. DC Greens hold the right to cancel and/or reschedule an event due to severe or inclement weather. We will always make sure our event holders are aware of these sudden changes!

Large Volunteer Experience Information
- All volunteer events must be scheduled during the weekday operating hours of The Well. We are opened 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Tuesday–Friday. We do not host large volunteer events during our weekend hours or on Mondays.
- During weekday hours, we can host up to 30 volunteers from a single group.
- All volunteers are required to complete a waiver prior to arrival.
- The Well at Oxon Run is free and open to the public. Please be advised that other events groups and may be happening on site at the same time as yours.

Host An Event
- The Well at Oxon Run is a great space for individuals and groups to host wellness events during the growing season (late-March through October).
- All events must be scheduled during our operating hours. The Well at Oxon Run is open Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. We do not extend events later than our closing times, and we do not host events on our closure dates.
- The Well can accommodate events with attendance ranging from 20–400 participants. Please be as specific as you can in this form about the type of event you are looking to host and how many people you anticipate.

Lead a Program Series
- All events must be scheduled during The Well's operating hours: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., or Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. We do not extend events later than our closing times, and we do not host events on Sundays or Mondays.
- If your program, class, workshop, or series is approved, DC Greens will work closely with your organization to complete a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) for the duration of your programing at The Well.
- All potential and future partners using the space must provide proof of insurance.
- The Well is a one-acre plot of land managed by DC Greens. Within the space, there is ample room for multiple programming, volunteers, and community members to enjoy the space. Your program may be sharing the space with other events and groups.We will do our best to ensure all programs are organized in a way that avoids disrupting one another.
